ACE2ACE provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Warranty Period: 12 Months

A warranty period starts on the date of delivery of the products to the customer.

A product is defective when such a product has a defect in workmanship or material that causes the product not to be able to operate in accordance with the specifications as provided by ACE2ACE.

Scope of the Extended Return Policy:

Eligible Products: All products are covered except gift cards.

Product Condition Requirements: Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories (such as manuals, screws, etc.) and any free gifts.

All accessories should be included in the return.

The original packaging should be included.

For warranty claims that are not quality-related, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

For warranty claims that are quality-related, ACE2ACE will refund the cost of the product.

If the items do not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused.
