How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by country; standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. International orders are shipped from the regional warehouse closest to you and typically take 5–15 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free delivery is available on all orders over $15.99.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy for unused items within 30 days of delivery.Please contact our support team to start a return.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

How can I track my order status?

As soon as your order is dispatched (usually within 48 hours), we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real-time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us by email immediately, within two hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to make any changes.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may fail due to incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, or bank security restrictions. Please try another payment method or contact your bank.

Products

Does it work on all surfaces?

It works best on carpets, rugs, sofas, beds, cushions, cat trees, and fabric furniture. It is not recommended for wet surfaces or smooth hard floors.

Does it require electricity or refills?

No electricity, tape or disposable cartridges required. Our rollers are reusable and environmentally friendly.

Can I use it directly on my pet?

No. The roller is designed for furniture and fabric surfaces only.

How do I clean the roller?

Simply open the top compartment and empty the collected pet hair into the trash.
